Nationwide Delivery:
We offer delivery across the nation. Unsure if we deliver to your city? Contact our customer service for clarification.
Product Availability and Shipping:
Popular items are readily available and shipped swiftly. Customized products may have varying delivery times.
Not Home for Delivery?
We can store your order in our warehouse until you return from vacation, or leave it in a secure location. Simply arrange this with our customer service after placing your order.
Multiple Items in One Order:
To reduce costs, our delivery partners ship orders in one go. The item with the longest delivery time will determine when the complete order is delivered. However, we can arrange phased deliveries for urgent items upon request. Contact us at service@furbulouspet.au for assistance.
Delivery Time and Notifications:
After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with shipping and delivery details for each item. A Shipment Notification email with tracking information follows once items are dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Delivery dates are estimated from the time your payment is received. Items ship as they become available. Australian deliveries are handled by Australian Post, with processing times of 1-2 business days and transit times of 3-5 business days. Orders should be placed before 17:00 (GMT+12:00) Australian Time (Sydney).
Order Tracking:
You'll receive a Shipment Notification email with an estimated delivery date and tracking number. For additional details, email us at service@furbulouspet.au.
Delivery Times:
Deliveries to offices are between 8 am and 5 pm, while residential addresses receive night-time deliveries between 8 am and 8 pm. The exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed, and our carriers do not offer pre-delivery calls.
Signature Requirement:
Due to the value of our items, a signature is required upon delivery. Consider an alternative delivery address where someone can sign for your package if you're unavailable. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not allowed for security reasons.
Missed Delivery:
If you're not home, our carrier will leave a calling card. You can then reschedule delivery or change the delivery address.
