Furbulous Australia Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- We will cover return shipping costs for such items.

3. Change of Mind:
- Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Exclusions:
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Certain types of items may be excluded from returns; such as Deodorant Bar and Glaring Litter if been opened.
